Function & Indications:
1. Daily Care: Used for bath. It can prevent skin disease, cutaneous
pruritus and also clear up pimples. It can also effectively prevent STDs,
such as condyloma acuminate and non-gonococcal urethritis, etc. to wash
the sexual organs before or after sexual intercourse.
2. Skin Disease: Eczema, dermatitis, tinea, herpes simplex & zoster.
3. Gynecology: Vulvitis, colpitis, chronic cervicitis & prenatal vaginitis. 

Administration & Usage:
1. Vulvitis & Vaginitis: wash the vulva and vagina with 10% solution,
1 or 2 times a day.
2. STDs: wet dressing 10% solution on the affected parts. 1 or 2 times a
day; or before or after sex.
3. Dermatitis & Eczema: wet dressing 10%-30% solution on the
affected area. 2-3 times a day.
4. Tinea: scrubbing the affected area with 50% solution 3 times a day.
5. Daily care: wash with 3% solution.

Precaution: For external use only.For individuals, flush red or stabbing
pain may occur on the damaged skin.  Solution should be diluted to be half
of the density (mentioned in “Administration & Usage”)with water when
used for children under 12.

Cholera is an easily treatable disease. Up to 80 per cent of people can be treated successfully through prompt administration of oral rehydration salts (WHO/UNICEF ORS standard sachet). Very severely dehydrated patients require administration of intravenous fluids. Such patients also require appropriate antibiotics to diminish the duration of diarrhoea, reduce the volume of rehydration fluids needed, and shorten the duration of V. cholerae excretion. Mass administration of antibiotics is not recommended, as it has no effect on the spread of cholera and contributes to increasing antimicrobial resistance.       In order to ensure timely access to treatment, cholera treatment centres (CTCs) should be set up among the affected populations.
